I was looking for a grill to replace the old one, which after more than 20 years of honorable service, finally merged.
After evaluating several, I chose this one and I am more than satisfied with the purchase. It's well made and sturdy. The color, a beautiful dark red, revives the corner of the kitchen where I placed it. When you put it into operation for the first time, you need to heat it up 3 times to maximum power, then you can use it normally.
It can be used in three different positions, depending on the use you want to make of it. We use it to heat pizza, to make toast, to cook sausage or meat quickly...
The package includes 2 black bowls, which are used to collect the drain of cooking liquids (especially when cooking meat); they are placed under the special grooves, which are useful and well made. The grill I had before had no grooves and the liquids would spill over the work surface, if you didn't put in some rags to dry.
The two cooking grids are detachable and dishwasher safe and I find this requirement fundamental for a good grill, even if I always use baking paper, so as not to have to wash them every time and to make sure that the two grills last over time.
I also find the price competitive; in addition, I bought it used, with Amazon Wharehouse, and I saved money, buying a practically new product.
